Established in 2018, Rosslyn is a collection of five award-winning, high volume specialty coffee shops located within the City of London. 

From the very best coffee to the very best equipment and everything in between. Founders, Mat Russell and James Hennebry, hail from Australia and Ireland respectively, and Rosslyn is a coming together of the hospitality styles of both these countries.
